Credit Card Purchases

In order to protect you from fraud we may, at our discretion, contact you via telephone if your credit card billing address and shipping address do not match.

If we are unable to contact you or verify your addresses, your order may be cancelled or delayed at our discretion.

We reserve the right not to process any order placed on the web site and cancell such order

Pricing & Sales Tax

We make every effort to ensure the prices on our web site are accurate. However, in the case of a price discrepancy or error, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please contact Apopka Beauty and Barber Supply, Inc toll free at 888-889-0002 to if you wish to verify any or all prices for your order.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We charge sales tax (rate varies by county) for customers with a ship-to address in the state of Florida.

 
Delivery, Freight Charges, & Free Shipping

Most items in our store qualify for free ground shipping so long as your order total, excluding the price of any furniture, is $85 or more. In such cases, you will be given the option to choose free shipping when you check out. If your order is less than $85, you will be provided with a shipping quote at checkout. In most cases, we will charge a "flat" shipping rate of $11.95.  In the case of liquids, you will be charged actual shipping rates. Rural addresses will incur additional $12.00 shipping.

For all furniture sales ,barber chairs and salon chairs  shipping is additional.Free shipping if noted is only to a business address and curbside delivery only.If lift gate and or inside delivery is required there are additional fees. Lift gate is $70.00 and inside delivery is an additional $70.00 if the delivery is to a residence there is additional residential delivery fee of $70.00

 

All orders are delivered by either UPS, USPS, or YRC Freight. We currently only ship merchandise to customers in the United States of America.

Please contact us directly if you wish to place a COD order, we do not accept COD orders via the Internet.

 
Returned Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorized and a restocking fee (up to 25% of the purchase price) will apply. Please call 407 889 0002 Monday thru Friday from 11.00 am to 4.30 pm Eastern to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA#. Merchandise returned must be in 'as mailed' condition, at your expense, unused and complete with all original packaging and instructions (if applicable).

Any defective products (clippers and Trimmers) received and are under factory warranty, should be sent prepaid to that manufacturer for warranty repair. Please click on the links below for the contact information of some manufacturers. Please retain your invoice and packing slip as it may be required in order to obtain warranty service from the manufacturer.

All damage or shortage claims must be made with 72 hours of receiving and all packaging must be preserved.

When ordering furniture, it is the responsibility of the customer to examine any furniture for damage prior to accepting delivery and make note of any damage on the bill of lading, we are unable to provide repair or replacement for furniture that is damaged after delivery. In the case of furniture, all furniture freight fees (both outgoing and return) must be paid by the buyer, and must be received in its original, undamaged condition. An RMA must be obtained in advance of returning any furniture. Furniture is shipped curbside only (inside delivery is not available.)

Furniture may require some assembly. Furniture orders cannot be shipped COD. Any refused furniture delivery will incur outgoing and  return shipping cost to the buyer. Once  authorised the buyer will ship back the chair and will be responsible for safe delivery to us.A cancellation fee of 50% on the item  will be applied on all non stock or special orders.

Unless otherwise noted, Barber and Salon chairs have a 1 year warranty on the pump only. For Collins, Belmont, Belvedere, or Piibs chairs please contact the manufacturer directly, or call our customer service department and we will provide you with manufacturer contact information.

If you wish to exchange merchandise (in lieu of a refund) we can provide you with a store credit, good for up to 90 days, which you can apply toward a new purchase.

Please contact us directly before attempting to return any products to obtain an RMA number and packing instructions.

50%Cancellation fees will apply for non-stock furniture returns or order cancellations.

Information provided by you, to us, will not be sold or shared with others, beyond that required to process or deliver your order (for example, we may share your contact information and address with UPS to facilitate the delivery of your order.)

We may occasionally contact you with information about your order, additional product information (such as recall notices), information about new products, or specials. You may opt-out of such mailings at any time.

Our web site does not retain your payment information, and we make every effort to remain in compliance with current payment card industry standards (PCI Compliance.)

Orders placed via our web site utilize Secure-Sockets Layer (SSL). Data transmitted to us via SSL is securely encrypted using industry-standard methods.
